Seaglass at Merrill and dinner at Union - 20 March 2016

Performance Group

In 2013/4, we introduced a Performance Group. The idea was to figure out how organize a group of Newcomers and Neighbors to attend performances of any type, mostly accompanied by dinner. The organization and creativity for selecting a venue would be distributed among event hosts. Previous examples have included a symphony, folk music, theatre, and baseball but in reality the limit is your imagination. If you come across an even which sparks your imagination and would be fun to share with others, contact Tom Boak or Kay Simmons to help you put out an email to members. Your duties would then be to collect names and coordinate attendance. By spreading the work, more may participate in the planning at times which are convenient. So think of a place to go and give the Performance Group a try. Thanks.
